Welcome to the homepage of the Marin County Educators Association (MCEA), a local chapter of the California Teachers Association (CTA). MCEA represents more than 50 educators at the Marin County Office of Education (MCOE), including classroom teachers ranging from TK to Post Secondary/Transition age, education specialists in the areas of Speech & Language Pathology, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Visual Impairments, Orientation & Mobility, and Adaptive PE. MCEA members work at various sites across Marin County, in service of both the county and local districts. 

MCEA supports its members and their students through ongoing advocacy around working, teaching, and learning conditions, as well as with collective bargaining and contract negotiations with MCOE, guidance and resources for employment related topics and issues, and an assortment of benefits available exclusively to members. MCEA is dedicated to maintaining a high quality public education to ALL students.
